SPOTTED TODAY IN SCARSDALE VILLAGE . . . Nick "Win a Trip With Nick Kristof" Kristof disembarking the 5:31 p.m. Metro-North express from Grand Central at the Scarsdale train station . . . He promptly crossed East Parkway and walked down Spencer Place to the pharmacy . . . Picking up a batch of small pox vaccine for his next trip to the third world? More likely, Rogaine . . . And with that, Kristof was off to his car (sorry, didn't catch the specs) and home to what we can only imagine is a lovely, malaria-free Scarsdale estate, safe from ethnic cleansing and the rest of the world's problems.
